Good Food. Good People. Since 1985.

Family-run, community-loved — burgers & homestyle cooking made right.

Our Story

Nik’s Diner started as a handful of recipes and a promise: serve food that tastes like home, treat guests like family, and keep the coffee hot.

From the double bacon cheeseburger to peach cobbler, our menu balances hearty diner classics with the kind of comfort cooking you remember from Sunday dinners.

Timeline

  • 1985: Doors open with 12 stools and a flattop.
  • 1998: Added booths and BBQ plates.
  • 2012: Milkshakes become a local obsession.
  • Today: Same spirit, more room at the table.

Our Values

Warmth: Everyone’s welcome. We remember names.
Quality: Hot off the grill, served with pride.
Community: Local causes, local suppliers when we can.

Meet the Crew

We’re a small team with big energy — line cooks who love the sizzle, servers who love the smile, and managers who jump on the line when it’s busy.
